Absentee landownersOwners of land in the property's county whose mailing address is outside it: a different state, or a town and ZIP code that are not in the county.

Owners who mail from outside the county, most acres first.

Adjacent landownersOwners of parcels whose boundary touches the selected property, or comes within about 40 feet (13 m) of it. Can include parcels across a county line.

Owners whose land touches the property.

Landowners within 15 milesOwners with at least one parcel whose center point is within 15 miles (straight line) of the selected property's center (or the point you clicked). Includes neighboring counties.

Owners with land within 15 miles of the property, most acres first.
