Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FarmSend collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, and services.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, password hash, account creation date, and authentication records.
• Service activity: subject properties, searches, selected filters, generated-list details, purchase status, and download history.
• Payment and card handling: Stripe processes payment-card information. FarmSend receives identifiers, payment status, amount, and limited transaction details, but does not store full card numbers. Cards are not saved for later one-click reuse unless that feature is later enabled. FarmSend emails a receipt for each completed purchase to your account email.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, session cookies, request logs, and diagnostic information.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting support.

2. Data source

Landowner and parcel fields shown in the Service come from county public records obtained through a licensed parcel data provider. Those records can include owner names, mailing addresses, acreage, and parcel identifiers. FarmSend does not create the underlying public records and is not a consumer reporting agency.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service, authenticate accounts, calculate per-address prices, process purchases and refunds, preserve purchased files, decide whether download access remains available, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve performance and features, communicate service notices, and comply with law.

4. Permitted use of purchased lists

A purchased list is for your own lawful internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute the list. Outreach you choose to send must follow CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other anti-spam and telemarketing rules. FarmSend does not send marketing on your behalf.

5. Per-address pricing, refunds, and payment records

The amount charged depends on the number of addresses in the export you buy and is shown before checkout.

If a payment is refunded or a card dispute is opened, FarmSend keeps an audit record of the Stripe event and revokes download access to that purchase while the refund stands or the dispute is open. Stripe and FarmSend may retain payment identifiers needed for accounting, tax, and dispute handling.

6. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support payments, hosting, mapping, security, analytics, and customer support; with professional advisers; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Cookies and sessions

FarmSend uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, and maintain application security. Browser settings may block cookies, but essential features may then stop working.

8. Data retention

We retain account, purchase, refund, and dispute records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for downloads, support, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary by record type.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should use a unique password and protect your credentials.

10. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes and contact
